We are looking for a Player Assistant Manager at Bartley Cavanaugh
The Player Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our volunteer program, as well as assisting with various other aspects of golf operations.
The perfect candidate for this position brings a great attitude and possesses a strong ability to lead and manage others through positive reinforcement and encouragement. This person is detail-oriented and capable of managing a staff of 30 to 50 part-time volunteer player assistants.
This includes hiring, scheduling, training, planning, and helping to develop new and improved processes and procedures.
This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) and all candidates must have weekend availability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Great Leadership skills
- Computer Skills – Excel, Word, Total Software (training provided)
- Exemplary Oral and Written Communication Skills
- An Understanding of Golf Course Operations
- Organizational and Planning Skills
SALARY: Hourly Wage: $15-$17 DOE
