We are excited to announce an addition to our team, Kenneth Payne, who will fill the position of Food & Beverage Director at Bartley Cavanaugh, Bing Maloney, and William Land. This is a new addition to our organization, and his first day will begin July, 3, 2023.
Kenneth grew up in San Francisco, California, where he was steeped in the heart of Californian Cuisine. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco and has continued studies at the University of New Mexico.
He has spent the past 30 years in the food service industry in a variety of roles from Sous Chef, Executive Chef, F&B Director to Food Service Director and Task Force Executive Chef for such esteemed companies as Bon Appetit, Stanford University, St. Joseph’s Medical Center Tacoma WA, Fairmount Hotel San Francisco, Montrio Monterey, Central 159 Pacific Grove, Zazie Bistro San Francisco as well as Executive Chef for SSP America where he operated 10 restaurants at the San Francisco International Airport
During his down time Kenneth spends quality time with his wife of 20 years and their 2 children Julian 16 and Sydnee 17. In addition, Kenneth has 5 grown children which have him running around with his 10 grandchildren. Being raised in San Francisco he is a proud and consistent SF Giant and SF 49er fan! He is also an online gaming enthusiast and enjoys playing with his 16 year old son Julian.
